Tutorium for international students
Welcome to our faculty! The tutorial is aimed at all international students, especially those of you who are new to the university.
We want to make it easier for you to start your studies and settle in Bayreuth and Germany. In regular meetings, the tutors will talk to you about organizational issues related to your studies, give you helpful tips on everyday student life, and help you quickly find your way around. You will also have the opportunity to meet other international students and exchange ideas.
The tutorial is led by two experienced students from the faculty – Elisa and Constant – who are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
For exchange and information, please join their WhatsApp group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/FPFAZe4GMdE3bzsSwWFTxr?mode=wwt
Hi guys and welcome to Bayreuth!
I'm Elisa Rosin and I'm doing the Global History Master. I hope you're already enjoying your time here! If you have any questions about Uni administration, Rundfunkbeitrag or generally about settling into life in Germany, feel free to ask.
I look forward to seeing some of you in class or getting to know you through our WhatsApp group and our meetings.
My name is Constant K. Baku and I’m a student in the Development Studies program here at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. I’m really happy to welcome you all to our international academic community!
As someone who has also gone through the process of settling in as an international student, I know it can be both exciting and challenging at first. Feel free to reach out if you ever need help with academic or everyday matters: or if you just want to connect over coffee and good conversation.
